This project explores the intersection of art and technology. Through speculative design, I question: as technology advances, will it control us? Where is the boundary between sensibility and rationality? How can we weigh its benefits and drawbacks?

Investigation & Research:

What can be known is that those different brain areas at different ages control people's behavior and emotions.

With brain-computer technology, we may intervene in brain development and precisely regulate behavior and emotions across ages, potentially preventing mental illness and violent crime.

1. Open the Emocare product induction shell, check your ID chip

and go to your offical website to confirm.

2. Insert the sensor chip into the bottom of the sensor shell. Please confirm that the card slot is closed, and it cannot be removed or replaced again after being closed!

What we can know：

According to survey data, analyzing the relationship between the brain and emotions, we found that negative emotions reach maturity when people are 0-3 years old.

At the age of 6-12, there are thoughts about human morality and emotions.

Here is the first version of the plan.

From 12 years of age until adulthood, we develop the ability of visual observation and feedback thinking.

In this part, I tried many different shapes, including the packaging part of the equipment.

How to work：

Emocare can control the switch management through designated gestures. In the case of two-way wearing of the device, it can realize the timely adjustment of the adult guardian to the minor. It can quickly stabilize the mood and effectively avoid bipolar disorder, depression, anger, and crime. At the same time, it can also ensure that you continue to maintain enthusiasm in work and life. It can improve your work efficiency.

In the second version, we modified the shape of the device and added corresponding probes. To ensure that it is suitable for use by people of multiple ages.
